Lumley Fish Bar seeks permission to sell alcohol



Sukhjinder Kaur has submitted an application to Durham County Council seeking permission for Lumley Fish Bar, at 5 Windsor Terrace, Great Lumley, near Chester-le-Street.

The proposal would allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 11am to 11pm, seven days a week.

Residents can view the application by appointment at the council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS, on weekdays between 9.30am and 4pm.

Written representations must be submitted by May 12.
