Today The Northern Echo speaks to Jodie Stott owner of Jodie Stott Hairdressing above number 58 The Green in Haughton, Darlington.

Jodie Stott, 33, has been hairdressing for over 20 years now after she started when she was just 13 as a Saturday girl.

She explained that once she stepped into a salon to help out she ‘just never looked back’.
