How much is a pint at the Great Yorkshire Show 2025?

Set against the backdrop of what is expected to be four days of sunshine and rural celebration at the Showground in Harrogate, this year’s drinks menu at The Great Yorkshire Inn remains familiar, with a strong emphasis on local brewing heritage.

The Great Yorkshire Show runs from today (July 8) until Friday (July 11).

Yorkshire’s own Theakston Brewery continues to take centre stage, offering a range of traditional and contemporary ales on cask. The line-up includes Theakston Quencher (3.4% ABV) at £3 for a half and £6 a pint, while Old Peculier (5.6% ABV) is priced at £3.50 per half and £6.50 per pint.

Those preferring something chilled and kegged will find a familiar selection too.

Strongbow Dark Fruit, Amstel, and Brennan’s Irish Stout are among the crowd-pleasers available, each pouring at £3.50 for a half pint and £6.50 for a full pint.

Wine drinkers haven’t been forgotten either.

Whether your preference is White, Rosé, or Red, each is served in portable cans at £7 apiece, with Prosecco available by the bottle for the same price.

The weather is looking just as inviting as the drinks list.

The Met Office forecast promises a run of dry, sunny days, with temperatures steadily rising as the show progresses.

Tuesday is expected to open with bright skies and highs of 23°C.
