Greggs Sausage roll honoured at Madame Tussauds in London
The beloved pastry secured a top spot at the wax figure museum, standingĀ alongside the likes of Sir David Attenborough, StormzyĀ and William Shakespeare at theĀ attractionās Culture Capital Zone.
The one-of-a-kind replica has been handcrafted by the talented artists atĀ Madame Tussauds and is the first time a food item has been given the “celebrity treatment”.
The special exhibitĀ will be available to see from Thursday, June 5.

“Our artists have put in numerous hours to capture every detail of this popular menu item.
“The pressure was on to capture it perfectly because we know how passionate Brits are about their favourite pastry!Ā
“We took the process very seriously, making this creation the same way we make all our figures at the attraction.
“We’re delighted to honour its iconic status with a history-making feat – the first time an individual food item has had the honour of having its figure at Madame Tussauds London.
“We canāt wait for guests to be stopped in the tracks at the life-like sausage roll – just in time for National Sausage Roll Day.”
