CeCe’s Middlesbrough: New restaurant opening by local entrepreneur



CeCe’s located on Roman Road in Middlesbrough in the former Vine restaurant, will feature multiple 100-inch televisions showing Sky Sports and TNT Sports, alongside food, cocktails and live entertainment.

CeCe’s is owned by Lewis McGloughlin, who also runs Byrd and Burgz in Acklam as well as his own property management company.Β 

Inside shows fresh interior and furniture as well as impressive century feature pieces.Β 

The new establishment will be the first in the UK to serve Alpaca-Lypse IPA as well as offering a range of drinks including Madri, Coors, Guinness, Worthington’s, Aspall and Carling.Β 

The bar will also host live singers, acts and performances aiming to create a lively atmosphere for visitors.Β 

Mr McGloughlinannounced the launch of CeCe’s on December 29, but an exact opening date has not been confirmed.Β 

He said: “The new year with a new venture, to add to the collection. The old Vine. CeCe’s Restaurant and Bar- coming soon.”

This was met with a lot of excitement on social media with nearly 200 comments all wishing Lewis well in his new venture as well as being excited for the new venue.Β
