Complete list of candidates North Tyneside Local election
Unlike neighbouring councilβs, this yearβs local election in North Tyneside only has 20 seats up for grabs this time round, havingΒ already had its βall-outβ election in 2024. The current make up of the council consists of 50 Labour councillors, eight Conservative councillors, one Independent councillor, and one Reform councillor.
Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by midnight on Monday, April 20. Residents can register online.
