Saks Sedbury Stables stylist shaves her head for the Eve Appeal
Izzy Thompson, a team member at Saks Sedbury Stables, in Richmond, North Yorkshire, made the bold move on Friday, March 21, to support The Eve Appeal.

Ms Thompson made the decision to shave her head in September, wanting to contribute to the salon’s long-standing partnership with the charity.
She also wanted to satisfy her curiosity about a shaved look.
After considering the challenge, she decided she would rather shave her head than run a half marathon, an event some of the Saks Sedbury Stables team will be tackling later this year.Izzy before (Image: Saks)
Ms Thompson, who has had long hair all her life, began her transformation in January by cutting her hair into a short bob and donating it to a children’s wig charity.
The final step of the process, her full head shave, has already raised Β£2,000, boosting the team’s total fundraising efforts for the charity to Β£24,300.
Anna Clinton, owner of Saks Sedbury Stables, said: “We are so proud of Izzyβs courage and dedication.Izzy with owner Anna Clinton (Image: Saks)
“Her commitment to raising awareness and funds for The Eve Appeal is truly inspiring, and we are grateful to everyone who has supported this cause.”
