Peterlee: Everflow sees revenue increase by more than 20pc
Everflow, the multi-utility provider for businesses, saw a 21 percent increase in revenue in 2024, reaching more than £186 million.
This financial boost was attributed to its diversification into the telecommunications market.
The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also saw a significant surge, increasing by 572 percent from the previous year to £5 million.Everflow CEO Craig Dallison (Image: Everflow)
This success is reflected in the growth of the customer base, which increased by 16 percent, from 94,431 in 2024 to 110,411 in 2025, with a customer retention rate of about 98 percent.
Everflow, the UK’s fastest-growing water supplier and the first to go carbon neutral, climbed the market ranks to become the fifth-largest water supplier, surpassing two incumbent suppliers.
The company continues to gain market share in the sector.
As part of its mission to simplify utilities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Everflow introduced its connectivity services in 2024.
The company now offers a suite of flexible broadband and phone products, tailored to the needs of businesses.
Craig Dallison, CEO of Everflow, said: “Everflow launched with the ambition of making utilities simpler for businesses, challenging the status quo with a customer-centric service that offers greater transparency and competition.
“Our growth and customer retention rates are testament to the support and innovative solutions we offer businesses that set us apart from other providers.”
Looking ahead to its next phase of growth, Everflow has appointed Paul Lucherini as chief commercial officer.
Mr Lucherini will be responsible for driving long-term sustainable growth by enhancing Everflow’s strategic direction, optimising existing products, and expanding into new markets.
