Darlington care home manager celebrates 15 years of service
Ana Trifasi, general manager at Barchester’s Hundens Park Care Home was surprised with a party organised by staff and residents to mark the milestone and to present her with a long service award.

Through ‘hard work and dedication’, she progressed to nurse, then head of care, before advancing to clinical lead and later deputy general manager.
She was promoted to general manager of Hundens Park in December 2023.
Stella Bolger, senior regional director for Barchester’s Hospitals and Complex Care Division, said: “I am incredibly proud of Ana’s achievements and her dedication to the business.

Ms Trifasi said she has thoroughly enjoyed her time with the company.
She said: “The last 15 years have been truly fantastic and the time has flown, a testament to how happy I am in this role.
“I can honestly say I have loved every minute of my time with Barchester.
“We have a fabulous team here at Hundens Park, and it is a privilege to support our wonderful residents.
“It is an absolute pleasure to come to work every day and I consider myself extremely lucky to work in such a lovely home.
