Chester-le-Street nursery gets Taylor Wimpey donation
Taylor Wimpey North East gave Little Comets Nursery, in Chester-le-Street, Β£500 to be used for carpet and furniture for the nurseryβs home corner.
The nursery, which is set to open in September 2025, thanked the housebuilder for its support and said that the donation ‘sped up’ the opening process.(Image: Supplied)
Kym Robson, early years lead at Little Comets Nursery, said: “Many children will benefit from Taylor Wimpey’s generous donation, which we are very grateful for.
“This has helped to speed up the process of opening our brand new nursery.”
The early years facility is located at Cestria Primary School, Chester-le-Street, and held an open morning at the start of May.
