Earlier this month, owners Rich and Aidan Weatherburn bought the new catering van, decked out with fryers.
The brothers named their business after their grandfather said the van was a result of “months of hard work”.
Writing on social media on February 8, the pair said: “This announcement really means a lot to us.
“Months of hard work, late nights, planning, problem solving and dreaming have gone into making this happen, and weβre so proud to finally share it with you.”
Rich and Aidan are also now planning to take their fish and chips to food festivals, weddings and village ‘runs’ – touring County Durham with the van in pop-up style events.
