Wilson Isidor spotted enjoying meal at Sambuca Windmill
Isidor was snapped at Sambuca Windmill, located at the Windmill Hotel in Hartlepool, on Sunday February 1, just a day before the Black Cats welcome Burnley to the Stadium of Light in a Premier League clash.
The forward was spotted with his family enjoying a large sharing platter which was loaded with pub classics. Burgers, steaks, chips, onion rings, and even a Teesside delicacy – a parmo – were seen being carried to the player’s table in a video posted on the pub’s social media.
“There you go guys, thank you,” a waiter can be heard saying as the platter is laid out in front of the family.
Isidor then turned to give his approval, with a smile and thumbs up pointed at the camera recording the meal arriving at his table.

The 25-year-old joined Sunderland in 2024 and quickly made an impression, being snapped up on a permanent deal from Zenit Saint Petersburg in February 2025.
After helping the Black Cats back into the top tier of English football, Isidor has bagged four goals in the Premier League so far and has become one of the few players to make an impressive step up from the Championship alongside a slew of new signings.
A video, shared on Facebook, has amassed more than 100,000 views with a host of Sunderland fans flocking to the comments section.
Several people bemoaned the fact that they had ‘just missed’ the centre forward, having eaten there themselves in the previous few hours.
