Seaham Hall announces partnership with Sunderland AFC

The club has teamed up with County Durham’s Seaham Hall, an award-winning five-star coastal resort, for the 2025-26 Premier League season.

The partnership aims to engage the club’s regional and global fan base through exclusive experiences, while promoting Seaham Hall’s hotel, Serenity Spa, and luxury residences across Sunderland AFC’s digital channels.

Seaham Hall was recently named among the Top 50 Boutique Hotels in the UK and listed by La Liste as one of the best hotels in the world for 2025.

The resort was ranked number 68 in the UK and took the top spot in the North East.
