Heuvel celebrates 10th anniversary at Middleton Lodge

Heuvel, founded a decade ago by Adam Hill and now described as a β€œsix-figure monster,” has become a leading name in hospitality branding and design in County Durham and beyond.

Mr Hill said: “I’d worked for a few agencies and realised I could deliver far more value on my own.

“So, I launched Heuvel with one simple aim which was to build websites that didn’t just look good, but genuinely worked and impact for the client.”

Heuvel’s big break came in 2015 with its first hospitality contract for Middleton Lodge.

Mr Hill said: “We realised very quickly that the sector liked our eye for design.

“Hospitality became our niche from that moment on, and Middleton Lodge is still with us today.”

Since then, the agency has built a portfolio of hospitality clients including Wynyard Hall, Ramside Estates, and the Saltmoore.

It has also evolved from a web design business into a full-service design agency with a focus on hospitality branding.

Now, around 95 per cent of its clients are in the hospitality sector.

The firm has grown into a six-person team supported by specialists in Ukraine and the Middle East.

Heuvel recently celebrated its 10th anniversary at Middleton Lodge’s Fig House.

The event was attended by clients and industry leaders including Rockliffe Hall, Grantley Hall, Swinton Estates, and Raby Estates.

Michelin-starred chef Jake Jones designed the canapΓ©s for the occasion.

Mr Hill said: “Hospitality is an industry built on results, and that’s exactly what we create for our clients.”

Heuvel said its growth has been driven by a personal approach.

Mr Hill said: “We’ve worked with heritage venues and brand-new concepts, and I think the reason the sector trusts us is simple: we talk.

“If they need an update, they don’t go through a switchboard, but instead they call my mobile.

“That level of access really matters.”
