Construction technology firm Hubexo relocates its Newcastle base

Hubexo, which operates in 25 countries, has relocated its Newcastle base to One Trinity Gardens on the Quayside.

The office will serve as one of Hubexo’s core Hub locations for software delivery.

Georgia Whitfield, from Hay & Kilner’s commercial property team, said: “We were delighted to support Hubexo with the relocation of its Newcastle office.

“Finding the right space is an important step for any business and it was a pleasure to work with Pamela and the team to help deliver a new office that supports their operational needs.”

The relocation was supported by Hay & Kilner, with additional advice from Michael Downey at Parker Knights, who acted as agent for Hubexo, and fit-out and building consultancy services provided by James Cullen of Adept Building Consultancy.

Pamela Jowsey, facilities manager at Hubexo, said the process ran smoothly.

She said: “We’re thrilled with the new space, and very pleased with the support provided by Hay & Kilner throughout the process.

“Georgia’s guidance helped ensure the transaction progressed smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to move forward with establishing our new Newcastle Hub.”

Hay & Kilner’s commercial property team regularly advises clients across a range of sectors on relocations, acquisitions and all aspects of commercial property transactions. Hubexo operates across five regions and more than 40 global office locations.
