Burger Drop announces location of Middlesbrough restaurant

Burger Drop, known for its ‘smash burger experience’, has chosen 176 Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough as the site of its latest restaurant.

Formerly home to 176 Bar & Kitchen, the restaurant will be the first Burger Drop in the town and is set to open this autumn.

It will be the sixth Burger Drop in the country, joining the likes of Newcastle, Sunderland, and Manchester.

Co-founder Hasan Hamid said: “Linthorpe Road was an easy choice for us.

“It’s right in the centre of where Middlesbrough meets and eats.

“The town has a vibrant food scene and we’re here to add to it with burgers built with precision and packed with flavour.

The Middlesbrough restaurant will serve a variety of food, including loaded fries and “indulgent shakes.”

The restaurant will offer takeaway and delivery options via Uber Eats.

Burger Drop was launched in 2020 and has built up a following thanks to its “method, craft and consistency.”
