Phil Atkinson, managing director of BTS Fabrications, said: “We really have come such a long way.
“I remember working long hours and missing out on valuable family time to ensure the business succeeded, and Iβm incredibly proud of what it has become.
βWe used to talk about winning awards and securing large-scale projects, and to see that now as part of our reality is something special.
“None of it would have been possible without the dedication of our workforce.”
Over the past two decades, BTS has made significant investment in facilities, advanced machinery and product innovation.
The companyβs largest contract to date is York Place in Battersea, and it has received multiple regional and national awards for engineering, manufacturing and sustainability.
In addition to commercial growth, the business has prioritised sustainability, efficiency and employee wellbeing.
Initiatives include carbon reduction strategies, enhanced employee engagement, and the introduction of a four-day working week.
Mr Atkinson said: “I like to think of us as a forward-thinking manufacturer.
“While growth remains important, we now put our team at the heart of everything we do.
“Weβve built a strong foundation over the past 20 years, and with continued investment in our people, technology and sustainable practices, weβre focused on shaping the future of the aluminium rainscreen and faΓ§ade sector.
“Iβm incredibly proud of how far weβve come and excited to see what the next 20 years will bring.”
