A contributor on TripAdvisor said: “We saw in the New Year in style at the Sprouted Kitchen on one of their special evening occasions where they create some of the most amazing culinary experiences in the whole of North Yorkshire.
“The meal started with a selection of delicious canapΓ©s, then moved on to smoked duck breast, endive and pink grapefruit. The main was feather blade of beef, fondant potato, celeriac and veal jus.
“This was finished off with a delicious selection of sharing deserts. There was a small but perfectly sourced selection of wines to complement the meal. Iβve visited Sprouted on many occasions for their usual cafe offering but the special evening events are not to be missed.”

A contributor on the site said: “Everything about our stay was just perfect. Our room was so spacious with everything you could want at hand. The pub area was warm and welcoming.
“We ate in the restaurant every evening and the food was delicious with an excellent selection – the Sunday Roast was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
“The village of Burneston near Bedale is very small but there is such easy access to other areas of North Yorkshire & the Dales. Will definitely stay here again!”
