Trainer launches programme to give woman midlife boost
Vicki Chisholm, 49, from Tunstall, North Yorkshire, a holistic health coach and personal trainer, uses a simple approach of focusing on meals, mindset and movement to boost the well-being of women who may be struggling with stress, weight management, and hormonal imbalances.

She said: “As a busy mum of three, I have worked in the well-being space for more than 30 years.
“Having built a sports massage business, I saw first-hand so many health and wellness-related issues I knew I could help with.
“In 2020 during lockdown, I completed a diploma in health coaching at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
“To fully complete the holistic training, I re-certified as a personal trainer, something I had originally worked as in my early 20s.
“Having had to manage many of my own health limitations over the years, including a hereditary blood disorder, viral fatigue, insomnia and anxiety, I have experienced the life-changing benefits that come with consistency.
“When working with a health and fitness coach, the results can look like more balanced energy; weight management can feel easier and more sustainable; hormonal complaints are reduced; stress feels manageable; sleep can be improved and confidence boosted as you feel ‘Strong and CENTRED’.
“The ‘Strong and CENTRED’ membership takes the guesswork and overwhelm of advice out of the equation for midlife women and is full of health tips and well-being advice.
“I provide fully-instructed workouts, calorie and macro logging, steps and hydration – a simple daily habit checklist via an app on your phone.
“I take a fully holistic view and members have a monthly check-in with me where we tweak any aspects of the plan to their needs.”
Within the membership there is a group to invite community and accountability.
Vicki also runs four seasonal ‘28-Day Resets’ throughout the year.
Her next reset, ‘Step into Spring’, starts on March 10.
It includes 28 days of tips, habits, workouts, food logging and in-app coaching.
