Ghetto Golf relaunching in Newcastle with new holes and darts
Ghetto Golf will be making a return to Newcastle on Thursday (February 19), with a free party taking place today.
It first opened its doors in 2019, combining crazy golf, street art and an underground party atmosphere.
Located in Hoults Yard, Ghetto Golf rebranded to Golf Fang in 2022 as part of a national expansion plan.

But it has now reverted back to its original name.
The relaunch will bring “brand-new crazy golf holes, the debut of AR darts, a new street food vendor, and a full visual refresh”.
Visitors can expect bold artwork, gritty visuals and the “unmistakable underground energy that put Ghetto Golf on the map”.
Pictures of the mini golf venue show the famous Ghetto Golf logo has been put back on the wall, with other holes based on a Netto supermarket and featuring fluorescent and impressive artwork.

Founder Daniel Bolger said: “Newcastle is the spiritual home of Ghetto Golf. The reaction we got here shaped everything that came after.
“This isnβt about nostalgia. Itβs about taking back what made Ghetto Golf special and reminding people why we changed the game in the first place.”
Bookings for Ghetto Golf Newcastle are now live.
