The Cherry Tree, in Darlington, launches new food menu
The Cherry Tree, which opened in November last year, has rung in the new year with a new kitchen and a menu to match.Ā
From sandwiches and wraps to pizzas, pasta, and burgers, the Blackwellgate bar is serving up a range of delectable items, including both main meals and light bites for sharing.Ā
A big feature on the menu is tapas, which includes both traditional offerings such as patatas bravas and tempura prawns or, for those who want to be closer to home, mini parmo bites.Ā
Drinkers will also be pleased to see the bottomless brunch menu, which allows punters to enjoy one-and-a-halfĀ hours of unlimited selected drinks plus two tapas dishes and fries per person, or a main per person.
The brunches are priced at Ā£39.95 per person or Ā£29.95 per person for the non alcohol version, with people only able to pre-book this option.Ā
Drinks included in the bottomless brunch deal include pornstar martinis, margaritas, long islands, glasses of prosecco, house bottles of wine and a range of mocktails.Ā
The new menu, which launched on Friday, January 10, comes just months after The Cherry Tree first opened to customers after transforming the old Avalon building.Ā
Luxurious new furniture, hanging foliage, and elegant lighting fixtures were among the new additions to the site, which promised “exclusive cocktails and master mixologists”.
Since opening, the venue has been praised online for its ālovelyā decor and āwonderfulā atmosphere, with a five-star rating on Google Reviews.
